Year 1 Long Term Plan

Your child will have daily English, maths, phonics or comprehension and spelling lessons.

Weekly, the children will have lesson in:

• Geography or history
• Science
• RE
• Art or DT
• Computing
• Music
• 2 PE lessons
• PSHE

Days to remember:

Wednesday and Friday - PE days.  Please send your child to school in their full PE kit.  Earrings and jewellery must be removed.

Wednesday - Reading books and homework will be collected in.

Friday - Homework will be sent home to be collected in the following Wednesday.  Spellings will also be sent home which will be tested the following Thursday.
